  • Essential cookies that keep the website working, for example remembering your session and form inputs.
  • Analytics cookies that tell us how visitors use the website, so we can improve it.
  • Advertising cookies and pixels, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which help us measure ad results and reach people who have visited our website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly if essential cookies are blocked.

4. Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, which are run by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you visit our website, the Meta Pixel may share information about your visit with Meta, such as the pages you viewed and whether you submitted a form. Meta may use this to show you HYEON ads and to tell us how our ads performed.

When you submit a HYEON lead form on Facebook or Instagram, the details you enter are shared with us so our team can contact you. We use them only for the purposes listed in section 2.

You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

  • Our authorised resellers, channel partners and service partners, so they can supply products or provide service in your area.
  • Service providers who work for us, such as website and business software hosting (Odoo), messaging (WhatsApp Business), email and courier services. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
  • Advertising platforms such as Meta, as described in section 4.

6. Data storage and security

We store your data on secure servers and use reasonable security measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected systems and limited staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by law.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy or as required by law. Enquiry and lead data is kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer, invoice and warranty records are kept for the warranty period and for the time required under tax and accounting laws. After that, the data is deleted or made anonymous.
